Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, submitting a consultation request, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at every appointment. No exceptions will be made. Parental consent does not override this requirement.

3. Consultation & Design Process

Our process works as follows:

• Consultation: We discuss your vision, placement, size, and style. Bring reference images and be specific about your ideas.
• Design: Custom designs are created based on our consultation. The design will be reviewed at your session.
• Session: We review the design together at your appointment, make any necessary changes, and then proceed with the tattoo.

Design time is included in your booking. Minor adjustments can be made at your session; major redesigns may require rescheduling.

4. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final tattoo cost. Deposits are:

• Non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows
• Transferable to a rescheduled appointment with 48+ hours notice
• Forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice

Final payment is due at the completion of your tattoo session. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Please provide as much notice as possible:

• 48+ hours notice: Deposit transfers to new date
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit may be forfeited
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full deposit forfeited

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

For your safety and the quality of your tattoo, please:

• Arrive well-rested and sober (no alcohol or drugs 24 hours before)
• Eat a full meal before your appointment
• Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your session
• Avoid sun exposure on the tattoo area
• Do not take blood thinners (including aspirin) before your session
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications

I reserve the right to refuse service if you appear intoxicated, unwell, or if conditions make tattooing unsafe.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. You are responsible for following these instructions. Poor aftercare may affect the final appearance of your tattoo. Touch-ups due to client negligence may incur additional charges.

8. Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up is included within 3 months of your original session, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Additional touch-ups or corrections due to improper aftercare will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

9. Artistic Integrity

I reserve the right to refuse any design that conflicts with my artistic values, promotes hate or discrimination, or that I deem inappropriate. Copying another artist's work exactly is not something I do—I create custom pieces inspired by your references.

10. Liability Waiver

Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to: allergic reactions, infection, scarring, and dissatisfaction with results. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and release Naomi Tattoos from liability for any adverse reactions or outcomes, provided all safety protocols were followed.

11. Photo & Social Media

I may photograph completed work for portfolio and social media purposes. By receiving a tattoo, you grant permission for these photos to be used unless you explicitly opt out. Your identity will not be disclosed without your consent.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
